Schoolcraft said donations for the food baskets come from a variety of organizations and from current and former residents. She noted in the past they have been overwhelmed with support for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter baskets.

Helping with the Easter food baskets are the Wal-Mart Distribution Center, First United Presbyterian Church, St. Agnes Catholic Church, Harmony United Methodist Church, St. John the Baptist Byzantine Church, St. Andrew's Orthodox Church and the First United Methodist Church, all of Mingo Junction; Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church in Steubenville; and the Junior National Honor Society at Indian Creek Junior High School.
