Eastern Gateway Community College's annual junior high school art shows kicked off in March with Toronto junior high students.
At the awards presentation were Karley Weaver, honorable mention; Marissa McDonald, honorable mention; Kelsey Weaver, first place; back row, Maureen Taggart, Toronto High School principal; and Amanda Speece, art teacher.
Other winners were Riley Kiersey and Brianna Core, second place; Dustin Henry and Ben Davis, third place; and Nolan Clegg, outstanding craftsmanship. Honorable mention went to Sydney Troski, Chris Morrison, Brandon Nurcyk, Gina Fogle, Nikayla Davis, Leslie Phillips, Nick Ignat, Haley Gorney, Cole Harris and Josie Jones.
