Aaron Castner, Wintersville, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance and was found guilty. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation, to run concurrent with DUI charge. Assessed court costs. Charges of driving on a suspended license (DUI) and driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Sarah Taylor, Steubenville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs. Case will be dismissed if fines are paid and there are no probation violations.

James Chappell, Burgettstown, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation. Fined $350 and assessed court costs and a $35 probation fee. Citation for driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Autumn Holland, Burgettstown, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs. Charge of child neglect creating risk of injury dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Laurie Fegal-Witzberger, New Cumberland, charge of making threats of terrorist acts bound over to Hancock County Circuit Court. Waived preliminary hearing.

Carson Ralston, Chester, charges of grand larceny and breaking and entering bound over to Hancock County Circuit Court. Waived preliminary hearing.
