John Chipps Jr., Weirton, charge of trespassing dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Sean Rujak, Wellsburg, charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing an officer dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

George Weaver, Lancaster, Pa., pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Bruce Daugherty, Weirton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with a $35 probation fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Michael Pernell, Weirton, charge of driving under the influence dismissed with prejudice at defense counsel's request upon successful completion of DUI Deferral Program. No objection from the state.

Roger Lee Davis Jr., Weirton, charge of violating a protective order dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Jayme Everhart, Weirton, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. Sentence of 90 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with a $30 probation fee. Assessed court costs. Charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Mary E. McCullough, East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence (non-aggravated) and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with $30 probation fee. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.

Wayne Zapotoczny, Weirton, charge of driving under the influence dismissed upon successful completion of DUI Deferral Program and payment of court costs.

William Conti, Georgetown, Pa., pleaded no contest to driving under the influence (non-aggravated) and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with a $30 probation fee. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.
