Pauline Brondos

BRONDOS, Pauline J., 92, of Steubenville, OH, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at her home, of natural causes.

She was born in Massillon, OH, on July 31, 1920, a daughter of the late Michael and Suzanne Bosco Prazniak.

Pauline was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Steubenville, OH, Mary Bethany Guild and Thrivent Lutheran Foundation. She was retired from the former Ohio Valley Hospital in Steubenville where she worked in medical records and she had worked at the former Grissom Russell Co., Massillon, OH, as an executive secretary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John George Brondos in 1997; brother, Michael Prazniak and an infant brother.

Pauline is survived by her son, Thomas J. Brondos of Ventura, CA; her daughter, Carol S. Hicks of Weirton, WV; brothers, Albert (Patricia) Prazniak and John (Jo Ann) Prazniak, both of North Canton, OH; sister, Margaret Lillich of Massillon, OH; grandchildren, Mark (Angie) Brondos of Ventura, CA, Patrick (Sarah) Brondos of Rapid City, SD, Christine M. (Chad) Kucherawy of Spencer, WV and William B. Hicks of S. Charleston, WV; seven great- grand children.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH today from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

Friends may also call on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 133 Lovers Lane, Steubenville, OH. Burial at Fort Steuben.
