Troy McAbee, Weirton, pleaded guilty to fleeing in a vehicle. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation. Fined $500 and assessed court costs and a probation fee. Charge of driving on a suspended license (administrative, third offense) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Ray McFadden, New Cumberland, pleaded no contest to fleeing on foot and was found guilty. Sentenced to time served and fined $250, plus court costs. Pleaded no contest to an ATV prohibition and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Pleaded no contest to speeding and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs.

Wesley Frost, North Lima, Ohio, successfully completed diversion program for charge of public intoxication. Case dismissed. Charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and battery dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Cory Peppler, Weirton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with a $35 probation fee. Fined $350 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license. Fined $200 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Michael Varner, Weirton, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with a $35 probation fee. Fined $350 and assessed court costs. Charges of speeding and driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Sarah Taylor, Steubenville, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentenced to 72 hours in jail, with credit for time served in Ohio's Driver Intervention Program. Fined $350 and assessed court costs.

Daniel Lydic, East Liverpool, charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed upon payment of court costs and completion of probation with no violations.

Kevin Jarvis, Austintown, Ohio, West Virginia table game violation dismissed and refiled as false pretenses, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Fined $250 and assessed court costs.

Bryan Boley, Weirton, charge of malicious assault dismissed and refiled as domestic battery, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Sentenced to four days in jail, with credit for time served. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.
