Attempted theft: Man came home from work early today on Cedar Road, Richmond, and saw a person attempting to steal gas from a vehicle in the driveway. The person then ran off.

Thefts: An all-terrain vehicle was taken from a residence on Hukill Run Road Friday and another ATV was taken from a residence on Clearview Drive near state Route 27 on Sunday.
Attempted breaking and entering: A side entrance to the Bison Inn in Bethany was damaged and pry marks left between 3:30 a.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday.
