Jolly Streets, Chester, charge of domestic assault dismissed upon successful completion of diversion program. Court costs paid in full.

Brittany Davis, Weirton, pleaded no contest to failure to have a child attend school and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs.

Justin Gaillas, Weirton, pleaded no contest to speeding and was found guilty. Fined $75 and assessed court costs.

Paul Kabala, Brigantine, N.J., found guilty of speeding. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Amy Shultz, Chester, charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Richard Ward, New Cumberland, charge of domestic battery dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Ambre Rheinhardt, Weirton, pleaded guilty to failure to have a child attend school. Fined $50 and assessed $25 capias fee and court costs.

Robert Chek, Weirton, pleaded guilty to assault on an officer. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for 12 days served. Assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, to run consecutive to other charge. Assessed court costs.

Kenneth Harper, Mingo Junction, charge of nighttime burglary dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Diana M. Decollo, Weirton, charge of driving under the influence dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Thomas Byers, Weirton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (second offense). Sentence of one year in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation with $5-a-month probation fee. Fined $3,000 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (administrative, second offense). Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Jason P. Lumpkins, Weirton, charge of domestic battery dismissed upon successful completion of six-month diversion program.

May 17

Rocky Ewing, Mingo Junction, charge of destruction of property removed to Hancock County Circuit Court. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.

Christopher Thomaselli, Weirton, charges of breaking and entering, receiving/transferring stolen property and fleeing on foot transferred to Hancock County Circuit Court. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.
