Jury finds man guilty of drug charges
STEUBENVILLE - Timothy M. Fuller, 32, of 559 Linden Ave. was found guilty of drug charges Tuesday by a Jefferson County Common Pleas Court jury.
Fuller was found guilty of two counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine.
Jefferson County Prosecutor Jane Hanlin said the county drug task force made two buys of cocaine from Fuller. A search warrant was served at his house and more than 27 grams of cocaine were found in March.
The jury also found Fuller must forfeit $2,642 in cash confiscated.
"The prosecutor's office would like to thank the Jefferson County Drug Task Force, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Marshals Service for their assistance in removing this drug trafficker from the streets of Steubenville," Hanlin said.
Fuller faces up to 10 years in prison.
Jefferson County Common Pleas Judge David Henderson will hold a sentencing hearing at a later date.
The jury deliberated about an hour before returning with the verdict.
