Joshua Archer, New Cumberland, charge of brandishing a deadly weapon dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Alex Slocum, Weirton, charge of obstructing an officer dismissed at defense counsel's request, with no objection from the state.

David Hinchee, Weirton, pleaded guilty to assault on a police officer. Fined $200 and assessed court costs. Charge of obstructing an officer dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

James Graham, New Cumberland, charge of breaking and entering (auto) dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Gary Eddy Jr., Chester, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (administrative/third offense). Sentenced to 37 days in jail, with credit for seven days served. Remaining 30 days converted to home confinement with work release. Fined $150 and assessed court costs and home confinement fees. Charges of having expired motor vehicle inspection and expired registration dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Cassondra Daines, Follansbee, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with court costs. Case will be dismissed upon successful completion of probation.

Brandy Pinkerton, Newell, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for four days served. Remaining 26 days suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation with $35 probation fee. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

David L. Cassidy, Wellsville, charge of driving under the influence dismissed at prosecutor's request and refiled as reckless operation, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Fined and assessed court costs.

John Mercer, Chester, sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving on a suspended license (DUI), with credit for 14 days served. Remainder of sentence suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined and assessed court costs. Charge of driving on a suspended license (non-DUI) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Dimon Cain, Weirton, pleaded guilty to failure to register as a child abuser. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with $30 probation fee. Assessed court costs. Charge of failure to register as a child abuser (second offense) dismissed at prosecutor's request.
