Everyday to begin services

NEW MANCHESTER - The Everyday Church will begin services at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Fairview Presbyterian facility at 99 Market St., half a mile south of Tomlinson Run State Park.

The church is nondenominational.

The Rev. Mike Direnzo is the son of Dominic and Betty Direnzo of Salineville, Ohio, and Jean and John Christy of Austintown, Ohio. He received a bachelor's degree in religion and youth ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

He served as a youth pastor for 10 years in Glen Burnie, Md., and Boise, Idaho. Direnzo also served Destiny House in Calcutta, Ohio, and Family Life Center in New Cumberland.

Direnzo has worked for Automotive Marketing Consultants for eight years.

Cassie Long Direnzo is the daughter of Gary and Nile Long of New Cumberland and is a social worker at Dialysis Clinic Inc. in East Liverpool, Ohio. She also operates Pathway Counseling Center, which recently relocated to 637 Carolina Ave., Chester.

The couple have been married for 20 years and have two children, Charis and Micah, who attend Heartland Christian School.
