Creek selling tickets

WINTERSVILLE - The Indian Creek Athletic Department will sell tickets to Friday's home game against Bellaire from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday in the ticket booth located in the front of the high school gymnasium. Reserved tickets are $6, adult general admission $5 and students $4.

All tickets at the gate are $6.

Bears selling tickets

NEW MANCHESTER - Tickets for Friday's Oak Glen vs. Weir football game are available during regular business hours today through Friday at noon in the Oak Glen High School main office, Citizen's Drug Store in Chester, or the New Cumberland RX Center.

Cost is $5 for adults and $4 for students. All tickets at the gate are $6. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

Dons seeking coach

WEIRTON - Weirton Madonna High School is seeking a varsity baseball coach. Qualified candidates should prepare a cover letter, resume, athletic resume and three references and drop off at the high school or mail to 150 Michael Way, Weirton, WV 26062.

Resumes will be accepted until Oct. 14.

Panthers seeking coaches

RAYLAND - Buckeye Local is seeking seventh- and eighth-grade girls basketball coaches.

Coaches must have: a valid CPR card, completed the Fundamentals of Coaching Class, first aid certification, BCI/FBI background checks, a valid Pupil Activity Permit and NFHS concussion certification.

Boosters to sponsor bus

STEUBENVILLE - The Steubenville Big Red Boosters Club is sponsoring two buses to Friday's game at Barberton on a first-come basis. Alcohol and smoking will not be permitted on the buses. Both rules will be strictly enforced.

The cost is $25 and will include the game ticket. Buses will depart from Harding Middle School at 4 p.m. and will return to the same parking lot after the game.
