"We will be playing on our home court. That is fantastic. The girls are excited."

"We changed how we covered," Meyer said about the differences in the two matches. "We adjusted. We changed our serve-receive. We worked on a couple of things. It is a good time to do that.

"Overall, I was pleased. We need to get more consistent with our hitting. We are playing better. Everybody is."

The Red Riders also made a few changes in Thursday's match.

"We made some position changes," Magnone said. "That is really all we did. We took pressure off of the girls."

Weir's next match is Monday at John Marshall. Big Red is scheduled to return to the court Tuesday at Edison.

"We play our last regular season game Tuesday against Edison," Meyer said. "There is a nice rivalry there. We are going to be ready to play. It is going to be a good match. We are looking forward to it."
