Greater Weirton Senior Center

to hold dance Thursday

WEIRTON - The Greater Weirton Senior Center will hold a dance at 5 p.m. Thursday at the center located on Main Street.

Not Half Bad Band will perform. Admission is $5.

Church holding craft bazaar

WEIRTON - Christ United Methodist Church will hold a fall craft bazaar from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church located at 2598 Pennsylvania Ave.

More than 15 vendors will be selling homemade crafts and food.

Church holding bake sale

NEW CUMBERLAND - The New Cumberland Presbyterian Church will hold a fall bake sale, beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Swaney Memorial Library.

The sale will benefit the church's annual Kirkin' o' the Tartans and is running concurrently with the New Cumberland Lions Club's pulled pork fundraiser.

Weirtonian Lodge to meet

WEIRTON - The Italian Sons and Daughters of America Weirtonian Lodge 183 will meet at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Weirton Knights of Columbus Hall.

Members are welcome to attend. Plans for the annual Christmas dinner will be discussed.

Senior center to hold rummage sale

WEIRTON - The Greater Weirton Senior Center will hold an indoor rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Oct. 25.

Baked goods will be available daily.

Breakfast with Santa set Nov. 3

ELDERSVILLE, Pa. - The Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor a Breakfast With Santa at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 2 at the fire hall located on Fire Road.

Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, doughnuts and juice. Santa will have breakfast with the children, and those wanting to take a picture with Santa are asked to bring their own cameras.

The cost is $4.50 per person. The event is being held in conjunction with the Eldersville Christmas in the Village craft fair, being held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 1-3.
