Toronto cruises to a win at Hundred

HUNDRED, W.Va. - Behind a 35-point first quarter lead, the Toronto Red Knights rolled over Hundred, 48-6, on the road Friday night.

The Red Knights (5-4) racked up 292 yards of total offense, led by Chez Glenn's 84 rushing yards on just six carries. The senior running back had three touchdowns on the ground and a receiving touchdown of 58 yards from his brother, Blaze, to open the scoring at the 11:42 mark of the first quarter.

Less than two minutes later, Chez Glenn scored again with a seven yard run. He added a 23-yard scoring run at the 3:12 mark of the first quarter. He scored again early in the second quarter on a 27-yard run.

At the 7:11 mark of the first quarter Charles Ross III scored on a 60-yard punt return. At the 1:35 mark of the first quarter, Chance Cossella returned a punt 55 yards for a score.

On the ground, the Red Knights put up 234 yards as Ross III tallied 43 on three carries and Cossella had 43 on six carries.

Toronto quarterback Blaze Glenn was 1 of 1 passing with the lone complettion coming on the 58-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter. The sophomore ran twice for 36 yards, including an eight yard run with seven minutes, 26 seconds left before halftime to close the scoring for Toronto.

The defense limited the Hornets (1-7) to 121 total yards. They ran 39 times for 107 yards and was just 3 of 14 passing for 14 yards.

Hundred's lone scored came with five minutes remaining in regulation. Red Knights' safety Max Tice recorded an interception.

The win was Toronto's third in four games, outscoring opponents, 138-25 in those victories. The Red Knights host Madonna, next week, to close out the season.
