Arrested: Valarie Lamb, 51, 730 N. Seventh St., felonious assault, Tuesday, after an alleged altercation involving a knife, Seventh and Franklin streets.

Arrested: William Hughes, 36, 458 Rear Spring Ave., warrant for failure to appear, Monday. Hughes also was cited for driving under suspension, and Glenn Rouser, also of 458 Spring Ave., cited for wrongful entrustment for allowing Hughes to drive his vehicle, Monday.

Arrested: Jason Monigold, 29, 108 Elm St., Wintersville, active warrant out of Franklin County for a parole violation, Monday.

Arrested: Jennifer Haspel, 42, 593 Bantam Ridge, Wintersville, falsification, petit theft and bench warrant, Saturday.

Arrested: Tammy Simmons, 47, Rayland, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia, Saturday.

Cited: Raymond L. Toner, 611 Western Ave., Mingo Junction, speeding and driving on a revoked license; Joseph M. Roshak, 120 Melinda Drive, Wintersville, speeding; Joshua Harley Zook, 29, 51 county Road 60, Bergholz, failure to signal turn and operating a vehicle under suspension; George Brandt, 631 Lincoln Ave., intoxication.

Theft: Roughly $2,000 in cash taken from the pocket of a man while he was passed out at his residence in the 300 block of North Sixth Street, Monday.

Theft: Laptop stolen overnight Friday from the trunk of a car parked in the 300 block of South Bend Boulevard.

Theft: Driver side window shattered and a purse taken from vehicle in the 1100 block of Arlington Ave., Tuesday.

Entered: Vehicle parked in the 300 block of South Bend Boulevard was entered, nothing reported missing, overnight Friday.

Entered: Apartment at 719 Market St. entered, cash and video games taken, apartment trashed, Monday.
