Joseph Bailey Sr., Weirton, pleaded guilty to domestic battery (second offense). Sentence of 60 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor) bracelet and alcohol counseling. Assessed court costs.

Marvin Stickley Jr., Louisville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to two counts of obstructing an officer. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $500 and assessed court costs on each charge. Charge of failure to fingerprint dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Dominique Showell, Weirton, pleaded no contest to trespassing and was found guilty. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Aaron Penny, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to public intoxication. Fined $25 and assessed court costs. Charge of trespassing dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Rachel Patrick, Weirton, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs.

Christina Weigner, Weirton, pleaded guilty to shoplifting (second offense). Fined $25, assessed court costs and ordered to pay restitution.

John Spadafora III, Weirton, charge of driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Brandon Moore, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 110 days in jail, with credit given for 84 days served and the remaining 26 days suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs and ordered to pay restitution to the victim. A second count of petit larceny dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Kyle Petty, Weirton, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit given for 15 days served and the remaining 15 days suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation with fee. Assessed court costs.

Richard Watts Jr., Chester, pleaded no contest to no operator's license and was found guilty. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving under the influence dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.
