By 7 p.m., a panel of judges - Francesca Carinci, Bryan Felmet, Phyllis Riccadonna and Rich Wilinski - will select five or six people from the audience who are wearing what they consider to be the "jazziest" outfit, according to Sharpe. They'll be given a name tag, and a jar with their name on it will allow everyone in attendance to vote for their favorite outfit. The "cost" is $1 per vote. The winner will be the person who collects the most money.
Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple and are available by contacting Sharpe at (740) 632-1144; at the health center located at 701 N. Fourth St., Steubenville, where the phone number is (740) 283-2856; or from any committee member. Tickets also will be available at the door.
All proceeds from Saturday's event will benefit the center, which come spring hopes to open a dental clinic, the co-chairs said.
