Valley Hospice will host its first "Springtime in Paris" Dueling Pianos fundraiser on March 28 at Undo's West in St. Clairsville.
Cocktails begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. The show, performed by national touring group 176 Keys Fun Pianos, will begin at 8 p.m.
"We chose the theme 'Springtime in Paris' because we want this to be a joyful celebration where everyone can smile, laugh and rejoice in life," said Judi Hladek, development director.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Valley Hospice Unfunded Care Program. Valley Hospice, Hladek explained, cares for all patients regardless of their ability to pay. "This fund is used to cover the costs of this unreimbursed care. Throughout its 28 years, Valley Hospice has provided more than $1 million of free care," she said.
"As a community benefit organization, the board members and staff of Valley Hospice believe that everyone in our community deserves excellent end-of-life care regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay for care," said Cynthia Bougher, chief executive officer.
"Our Dueling Pianos event will give those who attend the opportunity to partner with us to ensure that everyone can experience the exceptional end-of-life care that only Valley Hospice can provide."
Also planned for the evening is an art auction featuring Parisian-themed art pieces created by students from Ohio County schools.
"The art teachers and students from Wheeling Park, Wheeling Central and Linsly did a wonderful job, and we are so grateful that they were willing to help us with this fundraiser," Hladek said.
In addition, guests will have the opportunity to bid on a weeklong vacation to Hilton Head Island, S.C., including four daily golf passes for three different courses, donated by Undo's.
A casual atmosphere is planned for the evening, and guests are encouraged to wear casual attire. "It will be a relaxed, happy and joyful event," Hladek said.
"I promise you that everyone who attends will have a remarkably good time," added Bougher.
The Dueling Pianos committee members are Terriann Bonfini, Bougher, Nancy Green, Hladek, Joyce Jefferson, Karen Padden, Public Relations Coordinator Kim Parker, Melissa Rataiczak, Joan Stamp, Vice President of Access and Clinical Care Andrea Stoll and Jennifer Taylor.
