To the editor:
With the resignation of Water Superintendent Tim Miller, the city of Toronto has lost a great employee.
I had the privilege to have Tim work with me when I was service director for the city. He was the chief operator at the plant and he became the water superintendent.
He is the hardest-working and most-dedicated person I know.
I enjoyed working with Tim and I never had to worry about the water department with him in charge.
Miller has accepted a position with Jefferson County. I wish him the best, and I know that he will do a great job for the county.
