ASHBURN, Va. - Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Neely are making their home in Ashburn, Va., after their April 12 wedding in the Gardens at the Red Fox Inn in Middleburg, Va.
Justice of the Peace Michael DiMatteo officiated for the 4:30 p.m. outdoor ceremony.
The bride is the former Jessica Lowery, daughter of Tom and Sondra Lowery of Toronto. The groom is the son of Paul and Royce Kent of Kansas City, Mo.

The bride was escorted by her father.
Jacob Weaver, son of the bride, served as best man.
A reception was held at the Red Fox Inn.
The bride is a graduate of Toronto High School and the former Jefferson Community College. She earned her bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and her master's degree in human resource management, Marymount University, Arlington, Va. She is employed by the federal government.
He is a graduate of Great Bridge High School in Chesapeake, Va., and is a 12-year Air Force veterans, having served in Operation Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is employed as a defense contractor.
