Harrison Central golf bests Big Red, John Marshall
CADIZ — The Harrison Central golf team defeated Steubenville and Harrison Central in a tri match on Tuesday.
The Huskies shot a 174, with Sam Santille leading with a 41. Cruz Capers carded a 43, Cameron McIntosh 44 and Nick Coffland 46.
Big Red finished last with a 201, but Paul Mastros earned medalist honors with a 40. Isaac Krause finished with a 50, Micah Krause 52 and Carlo Biasi 59.
John Marshall placed second with a 191. Ryan Campbell and Matthew Douglas led with a 45 each.
TORONTO — The Toronto golf team bested Leetonia on Tuesday.
The Red Knights carded a 178 overall, with Cole Degarmo earning medalist honors with a 39. Hunter Keenan shot a 44, Brennan Suffoletta 46 and Andre Roach 49.
Brandon Cantwell led Leetonia with a 50. Overall, the team shot a 230.
Quad match at Williams
WEIRTON — Brooke’s Ryan Bilby was the medalist again, carding a 72 against three other teams on Tuesday at Williams Golf and Country Club.
Also finishing for the Bruins were Alex Jezierski (118) and Alexis Spensky (123). Brooke did not have a team score.
Wheeling Park won the event with a 340. Noah Seivertson led with an 82. Morgantown finished second (349), and University placed third (372).

Indian Creek 184
RAYLAND — Buckeye Local defeated Indian Creek, 175-184, on Tuesday.
Buckeye’s Blake Ring-Fish was the medalist with a 40. Emily Holzopfel followed him with a 43, Dalton Watt 45 and Sean Kubic 47.
For the Redskins, Josh Speaker and Noah Corella shot a 45 each. Justice Morris carded a 46, while Jake Everhart added a 48.
