Justice appoints member of West Virginia Board of Education
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice has appointed a Berkeley Springs woman to the state Board of Education.
Nancy Jo White will replace Jeffrey Flanagan, who resigned earlier this year.
White was executive director of the Southeastern Association of School Business Officials from 2014 to 2018. She is a retired treasurer with the Morgan County schools and served 36 years as a financial officer in public schools in the state. She also worked in Jefferson, Lewis and Taylor counties.
