Edgerly — Pietro

STEUBENVILLE – The marriage of Emily Lucille Edgerly and Nicholas Adam Pietro took place at St. Paul’s Episcopal Chuch in Steubenville at a 2:30 p.m. ceremony on Nov. 10. The Rev. Steven McKeown officiated.

The bride, daughter of Clay and Christine Edgerly of Mingo Junction, chose an ivory lace gown with an A-line silhouette and cathedral-length train adorned with pearls and crystals.

She carried a cascading bouquet of white and red roses and ivy.

The groom is the son of Pamela Pietro of Mingo Junction and Al and Becky Pietro of Mingo Junction.

Paige Edgerly of Mingo Junction served as her sister’s maid of honor. Bernadine Edgerly of Mingo Junction, Molly Edgerly of Mingo Junction, Megan McCormack of Steubenville, Jessica Graham of Mingo Junction, Melissa McCormack of Columbus and Betsy Boyd of Columbus served as bridesmaids. Niece of the groom, Ava Talarek of Middletown, and niece of the bride, Jillian Velto of New Albany, also served as bridesmaids.

Mark Pietro of Mingo Junction served as his brother’s best man. Bryan Farrister of Oakdale, Chris Kostelnik of Shavertown, Clint Dean of Medina, Tucker Hall of Massillon, Thad Lewis of Cincinnati and Zeb Edgerly of Mingo Junction served as groomsmen.

Niece of the bride, Natalie Velto of New Albany, and niece of the groom, Lucianna Pietro of Mingo Junction, served as flower girls. Nephew of the groom, Sawyer Pietro of Mingo Junction, served as the ring bearer.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Indian Creek High School and is studying nursing at West Virginia Northern Community College.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

He is employed as a field engineer at Columbia Gas of Ohio.

They reside in Wintersville.
