Johnston — Frankovitch
WEIRTON – Jamie Lee Johnston and William Taylor Frankovitch were united in marriage Saturday at a 4 p.m. service at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Pendergraft officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Brian Johnston and Diane Zilch of Pittsburgh.
The groom is the son of Eric and Alice Frankovitch of Weirton.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore a sweetheart neckline gown featuring a pleated bodice with appliqued crystals, rhinestones and pearls.
Kirsty Johnston, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennie Salzman of Pittsburgh; Lauren Ondecko of Jefferson Hills, Pa.; Kayla Larry of Greensburg, Pa.; Kelly Herman of Pittsburgh; Erin Ciotti of Pittsburgh; Leah VanNewkirk of Pittsburgh; Courtney Schroder of Chicago; and Julie Moore of Morgantown, W.Va.
Jon Reynolds of Jefferson Hills, Pa., was the best man. Groomsmen were Mark Frankovitch, Carl Frankovitch and John Frankovitch, brothers of the groom, all of Pittsburgh; and Mark Batlaglini of Arlington, Va.; Rick Notorriani of Texas; Todd Kennan of Louisiana; Frank Amato of Leechburg, Pa.; Eric Taslov of Pittsburgh; and Mike White of Morgantown.
Gabriella Munoz, cousin of the groom, was the flowergirl.
Colt Reynolds was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at Soldiers and Sailors in Pittsburgh. The couple will take a honeymoon trip to Italy.
The bride graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from West Virginia University in secondary education. She is employed at Newton Consulting in Pittsburgh as a talent acquisition adviser.
The groom graduated from Weir High School in 2003. He received a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Jefferson College and a master’s degree and juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh and a LLM from Duke University. He is an attorney at Bowles Rice in Canonsburg, Pa.
