Purdy — DeLeonardis
STEUBENVILLE – Zachary DeLeonardis of Steubenville and Ashley Purdy of Cridersville, Ohio, were united in marriage on May 24 at the Bluestone in Columbus.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents, Tom and Della Purdy of Cridersville. The bride chose a white, strapless, silk gown accented with a crystal belt. She carried a bouquet of pink peonies and white roses.
The groom is the son of Frank and Barbara DeLeonardis of Steubenville.
Meghan Wenzel served as the bride’s maid of honor, and Jenna Ramskugler, Caroline Compton, Amanda McGill, Kayle Mullen and Mahala Mullen served as bridesmaids.
Dante Fuscardo of Follansbee was the best man, and Wesley Myers, Primo DiCarlo, Ian Marshall, Patrick Wentz, Ben Ramskugler Brad Mullen, brother of the bride, and Luke Pashke, cousin of the groom, served as groomsmen.
After the reception, which also was held at the Bluestone, the newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Turks and Caicos.
The bride is a graduate of Wapakoneta High School and Ohio State University.
She is employed as an engineering specialist at Bare Escentuals.
The groom is a graduate of Catholic Central High School and OSU. He is employed as a mechanical engineer at MS Consultants Inc.
They live in Columbus.
