Ohio Valley Oral Surgery is under new ownership

STEUBENVILLE — Western Pennsylvania Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery has purchased Steubenville-based Ohio Valley Oral Surgery.

The acquisition is the second office purchased by Drs. Steven Krakora and Brandon Humburger. The Ohio Valley Oral Surgery practice was owned by Dr. Nasser Emami of Steubenville. Emami will continue to treat patients on an as-needed basis.

“We are excited about this new addition to our practice and to be able to care for the people of Steubenville and surrounding areas. We would like to thank Dr. Emami for providing 49 years of oral and maxillofacial surgery care to the Steubenville dental community,” said Krakora.

The new owners said they are accepting new patients and are looking forward to serving existing patients at the 4100 Johnson Road location.

The practice strives to blend modern dentistry, oral surgery and medicine with time-honored values of compassion, empathy and respect. They work to integrate physical, emotional and dental health.

Krakora is an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon serving the Pittsburgh and Steubenville areas and leads an entire range of surgeries on the mouth, teeth and facial areas. His expertise in surgical techniques such as facial reconstructive surgery, dental implants and wisdom teeth removal have allowed him to turn his passion into a state-of-the-art dental center.
