Arrested: Justin Hazelip, 32, 712 Dock St., Steubenville, petty theft, Monday. Hazelip allegedly tried to leave Walmart with a backpack loaded with four six-packs of beer and a bottle of malt liquor without paying for any of the items, valued at slightly more than $107, police said.

Arrested: Anthony Palonbizio, 37, 1426 Belleview Blvd., Steubenville, two counts of theft, Monday.

Shattered: A sliding glass door on a home in the Knoxville area shattered, Monday.

Broken: The rear drive side window of a vehicle parked on Ward Drive was broken, Monday.

Theft: A contractor reported 150 gallons of diesel fuel were stolen by an individual who cut a copper line to drain a tank and used a hose to syphon fuel out of a piece of equipment on County Road 17, discovered Monday.
