Vandalism: Windows to a business and several neighborhing rental properties on State Route 43 in East Springfield were shattered by pieces of limestone, Tuesday.
Theft: Fifty-four pills and $1,800 in cash reported missing from a home on Township Road 381, Island Creek Township, Monday.
Arrested: Kenneth Brewer Jr., 49. 40 Edgewood Drive, Wintersville, operating a vehicle under the influence, Tuesday.
Cited: Justin R. Frazier, 23, 201 Pennsylvania Ave., Mingo Junction, speeding; juvenile with a learner’s permit cited for no operator’s license and expired plates, owner of vehicle was in the car but did not have a valid license; Destiny Franklin, 19, 709 Pine St., Steubenville, and Brian Davis, 24, 1648 Ridge Ave., Apt. 2, Steubenville, trespassing, found occupying an abandoned property in the 300 block of N. Sixth Street; Terrance Crawford, 24, 4409 Country Club Dr., Apt. 37, Steubenville, one-way violation, driver also must provide proof of insurance; Benjamin Stidd, 34, St. Clairsville, minor misdemeanor citatiion for possession of marijuana.
Recovered: A stolen city garbage can recovered from a residence in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue, Monday.
Damaged: The front window of a residence in the 500 block of Carnegie reported damaged, Monday. Nothing is believed missing.
Struck: The drivers’ side door of a vehicle parked at Aspen Dental damaged by an unknown vehicle, Monday.
Abused: Individual in the 3200 block of St. Charles Drive complained son had grabbed him, thrown him into a wooden shelve and struck him, Monday. Complainant said son was highly intoxicated.
Vandalism: A tire of a car parked in Jackson Place slashed, Monday. Suspects also rummaged through car.
Stolen: A Samsung cell phone, a level and a DVD player reported taking from residence in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Monday.
