Steubenville

Arrested: Jonathan G. Williams, 30, 371 Summit Ave., Steubenville, arrested on a warrant issued out of Municipal Court, Tuesday. Williams was an hour late for court and had his bond revoked and a warrant issued, police said.

Arrested: David L. Beaver, 36, 121 Byrum St., Cary, N.C., disorderly conduct while intoxicated and assault, Wednesday. Beaver allegedly caused a disturbance at the emergency room, making derogatory comments and spitting in the face of a security guard, police reported.

Arrested: Brian C. Davis, 24, 1648 Ridge Ave., Steubenville, probation violation out of Cook County, Ill., Tuesday.

Arrested: Norman Lerra, 61, no fixed address, fleeing/eluding police, failure to appear and petty theft, Tuesday.

Fled: A motorist led police on a chase through the Euclid, Ridge Avenue, Ohio Street, Maryland Avenue, Wellesley and Oregon neighborhoods Tuesday. Police said the driver ran stop signs and almost struck two police cruisers before the driver jumped out, allowing the car to coast into a backyard fence in the 1300 block of Wellesley. The car, a rental, was reported stolen about an hour later from a residence in the 700 block of Brady Avenue.

Vandalized: Three tires reported slashed on two vans parked on North Seventh Street, Tuesday.

Stolen: A woman reported her wallet stolen from a car parked at the Fort Steuben Mall, Tuesday. Her debit card was used to make three purchases at Wal-Mart and a fourth at Dick’s Sporting Goods, police said.

Complaint: An individual in the 1300 block of Oak Grove Avenue reported receiving harassing messages via Facebook, Tuesday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Stolen: An Eft’s Lane resident reported unauthorized use of a caredit card, Sunday. Deputies said someone used the card to make $3,150 in unauthorized purchases, including nearly $2,800 to an insurance company, purchasing $286 from Adam & Eve, an online store, and spending $72 at a cinema in Warren, Mich. While the owner of the account was cancelling the card, the thief attempted three more purchases at Adam & Eve, deputies said.

Arrested: Marcus William Jr., 33, 603 Noblestown Road, Carnegie, Pa., failure to appear, Tuesday.

Mingo Junction

Arrested: Rusty L. Stevens, 49, 940 Logan Ave., Mingo Junction, failure to appear (Tuscarawas County), Tuesday.
