Arrested: Samantha Bottegal, 32, 180 Nancy St., Steubenville, possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, Monday.

Arrested: Thomas Wetterau, 107 St. Johns Road, Weirton, failure to appear, Tuesday. Wetterau turned himself in, deputies said.

Arrested: Justin Davis, 32, 81 Prospect St., Irondale, failure to appear.

Theft: A Toronto mother reported her son is using her vehicle without her permission, Tuesday.

Harrison County sheriff

Arrested: Brittany Cunningham, 28, Cadiz, domestic violence, Tuesday.

Amsterdam police

Arrested: Christie Sprout, 46, 1588 State Route 43, Lot 6, Richmond, assault, felonious assault, possession of methamphetamine, drug trafficking and a warrant, Tuesday.

Steubenville police

Arrested: Ryan Miller, 35, 907 Third St., Brilliant, failure to appear, Tuesday.

Arrested: Eric Frands, 44, and Barry Starcher, 40, both of 133 Powell Ave., Steubenville, domestic violence, Wednesday.

Loitering: A man hanging around the stairwell at an apartment complex in the 800 block of North Sixth Street was ordered to leave, Tuesday.

Assaulted: A North Fourth Street resident said he was assaulted by a man trying to force his way into his apartment complex, Tuesday. Victim said when he opened the door, the other man ripped it from his hands and shoved him backwards. A maintenance man heard the disturbance and chased the suspect out, police said.

Prowler: A Hollywood Boulevard resident reported someone was in her garage, moving things but not taking anything, Tuesday.

Hit-skip: The driver of a silver Saturn backed into the driver’s side door of a SVRTA bus stopped in front of a mall store, then fled the scene, Tuesday.

Surprised: A McKinley Avenue resident told police he became enraged and knocked a table over after he returned home from work and found his wife entertaining a strange man, Wednesday.

Cited: Charlotte Dausch, 61, 301 Skyview Drive, marked lane violation; Amelia C. Villa, 25, 302 Cedar Ave., expired license.
