Arrested: Phillip Richards, 40, no fixed address, felony theft warrant, petit theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, Sunday.

Vandalism: Brick thrown through window of residence in the 800 block of Brady Avenue, Sunday.

Cited: Joseph Young, 20, 243 Lawson Ave., speeding; Cheryl Wilson, 59, 48710 Annapolis Road, Hopedale, assured clear distance; Renee L. Taylor, 40, 1276 Lincoln Ave., unlawful/expired plates.

Vandalism: Attempt made to pry open door at residence in the 200 block of May Lane, Wintersville, Saturday.

Theft: Apartment entered in the 100 block of Third Street, Tiltonsville, and TV and change taken, Saturday.

Arrested: Scott Wisnewski, 47, Wellsville, failure to appear warrant out of Toronto county court, Saturday.

Arrested: Scott Riley Youngblood, 31, 601 Two Ridge Road, Steubenville, warrants out of District Court 2, Friday.

Arrested: Nicholas Bozman, 29, Toronto, two failure to appear warrants out of District Court 1, Saturday.

Fraud: An Island Creek Township resident reported a man in Wisconsin opened a PayPal account in her name, ran up nearly $2,000 in charges and then let the account go into default, Friday.

Fraud: A 79-year-old man said he paid a man one-half of the $4,850 he said it would cost to fix his vehicle, but hasn’t heard from him since nor has his $2,400 been returned, Friday. Deputies said the suspect has a long history of fleecing people and has been charged, convicted and served time for similar offenses.

Missing: A 9mm Ruger reported missing from a residence on Ward Drive, Wintersville.
