Steubenville police
Overdose: Steubenville firefighters administered Narcan to an unresponsive man in the 600 block of North Fifth Street, Saturday. The man told first responders he’d injected heroin, and police said they found drug paraphernalia in the area where he was found.
School girls: Callers reported people entering buses parked at Pugliese West Elementary School, Sunday. Police located two women standing near the buses, but they denied entering them.
Fired: Two gas cans and a bottle of lighter fluid were found in the 800 block of Rosswell Avenue next to a vehicle and vehicle parts damaged by fire, Sunday.
Reported: The owner of a 2006 Ford Focus parked in the 2800 block of Sunset Boulevard said the vehicle was stolen, Sunday. The owner said the vehicle was unlocked and she kept a spare key in the glove box.
Stolen: A Wellsburg man said his wallet was removed from an unlocked vehicle overnight, Friday. He said the wallet contained $1,000 in cash plus his debit and credit cards.
Arrested: Bobbi L. Moran, 27, 931 Sheffield, domestic violence, Friday.
