Getting their licenses
Eleven criminal justice students at Jefferson County Joint Vocational School earned their licenses after completing the Ohio Boating Education Course with an exam through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Parks and Watercraft. Students had to receive a 70 percent or higher on the exam to earn a 45-day temporary certificate with their official license to arrive in a few weeks.
