JOINS: Ashley Cunningham has joined the team of Realtors at Cedar One Realty. Cunningham will be representing buyers and sellers from Cedar One’s newly established office in Calcutta.

Cunningham said she is looking forward to helping clients with all of their real estate needs and feels that no deal is too big or too small. She said she plans to treat each client like they are her first and only client that she has served.

She is a mother of two boys and two girls, loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing and riding her four-wheeler.

Cunningham is the co-owner of Stan Cunningham Inc., a company that specializes in trucking and construction. She has a passion for helping people and believes that all of her experiences will make her the best real agent to serve the area’s real estate needs.

The auto title department collected vehicle fees and taxes of $623,043.37, with $28,559.77 going to the county and $594,483.60 going to the state. Miscellaneous fees were $4,770.50 and watercraft fees $255.86. Total fees and taxes were $636,874.09, with $33,586.13 going to the county and $603,287.96 to the state.

For the legal department, new cases filed included miscellaneous, 25; Ohio Department of Taxation, 119; certificateS of judgment, 57; civil, 40; domestic, 22; criminal, 15; and court of appeals, 3. Clerk fees paid into the county totaled $10,541.38.

The Rayland title office processed 655 titles with license plate revenue of $612. Also processed were 33 passports with revenue of $1,155.

The courthouse title office processed 36 passports, with revenue of $1,260. Courthouse license plate revenue was $1,693.50. Total auto title fees paid were $33,881.17. Total revenue paid into the county was $36,186.67. Total titles for the county were 2,193.
