A lifelong resident of Columbiana County, Birkhimer resides in East Liverpool with her husband, Terry. She enjoys spending time with family, entertaining friends and traveling.

Birkhimer graduated from Ohio Valley Business College where she learned the skills to successfully manage local physician practices in the area for more than 20 years.

Birkhimer always has had a passion for real estate, and she began her love for real estate after purchasing rental properties and flipping homes. Through these transactions, her passion became stronger and she knew that a career in real estate was where her heart was.
