Quick takes

TRAINER: Sarah Omaits has been named as a sales trainer at Cedar One Realty. Omaits graduated from Buckeye Local High School and attended Belmont College where she majored in business management and accounting. She focused on her family instead of a career after college and in 2018 she became a licensed Ohio Realtor.

Omaits started out with another brokerage, but in July 2019, she joined Cedar One Realty and said it was one of the best decisions she ever made. She credits owner Joe Luckino with fostering a positive environment, and said she is proud to be part of it.

“I have decided to join his team at Cedar One Realty, as sales trainer as another benefit to the Realtors, to help them grow their businesses,” Omaits said.

JOINING: Kendra Cottis has joined the Cedar One Realty team. Cottis is a graduate of Edison South High School (1992); the University of Akron (1994), where she received her associate’s degree; and West Liberty University (2001) where she received her bachelor’s degree.

Cottis received her West Virginia Real Estate license in 2021 and has been with Cedar One since September 2021. She has been a litigation paralegal since 1995 where she has developed a strong foundation in her knowledge of the law. Cottis is an active real estate investor. She lives in Wintersville with her husband, Mike, and their three children, Kody, Klay and Katie.

Cottis looks forward to meeting with clients to discuss all real estate needs. Whether you are buying or selling, Cottis will happily assist and help turn your dreams into a reality. Cottis will be working out of the Weirton office location and can be reached at (740) 317-951 or kcottis@cedar-one.com.
