Chamber helps mall welcome trio of new businesses

STEUBENVILLE — The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce was on hand to help celebrate the grand openings of three new businesses at the Fort Steuben Mall.

“I think our whole community should be so excited for the new businesses at the mall,” Chamber President Kate Sedgmer said. “The owners are young, vibrant entrepreneurs who are dedicated to our community. I hope our community will stop in to support them.”

• Owners Zack Lunsford and Brandi Walker cut the ribbon at RockStarz, a new shop featuring a large variety of spiritual items including gemstones and crystals, sterling silver jewelry, incense, home decor and much more. The pair did the fair and festival circuit until they got to the point of opening their first shop. “We sell happiness,” Walker said. “We sell sterling silver jewelry, crystals and rocks, incense, gifts and decor. Our sterling silver jewelry has a mix of precious and semi-precious stones. Our crystals and rocks, we have a mix of polished and rough stones, carvings, spheres and towers, made from quartz, amethyst carnelian, yooperlite and others. We have too much to list and are still growing and offering so many other items.” RockStarz is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., but in the fall they plan to be opening full time. • Local Alchemy, your source for quality, handmade products, is now open daily at the Fort Steuben Mall. The shop offers everything from soy candles, resin art, clothing, ethically sourced crystals, herbal teas and salves to soaps, macrame, art prints, jewelry, freshly roasted coffee beans, plants and more. Co-owners Angelina Piergallini and Katie Novak say each of the vendors in the store offer quality. There’s also a space for people who teach, including small space yoga, as well as those who offer meditation. handmade products and are passionate about the work they put out. • The HolisticCloud2.0 features a full line of CBD and Delta products and merchandise and what it describes as the “coolest” cannabis-related products in the world. Holistic Cloud features a full line of concentrates, edibles, prerolls and tinctures, as well as T-shirts, hats and accessories.
