STEUBENVILLE — Fidelis Gamma Chapter of W.Va. Alpha Delta Kappa hosted the Tri-Chapter Christmas party Dec. 2 at Froehlich’s Classic Corner with chapters Alpha Tau and Alpha Kappa.

The tables were decorated in the Christmas theme with nutcrackers, Santa Clauses and poinsettias.

A social time preceded the lunch. Jerry DeFilippo shared a Christmas game titled “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas-left/right.”

Bonnie Queses and Nancy Conley led the group as they sang Christmas songs, and Janet Benzo distributed door prizes. The hostesses for the event were Pat Accettolo and DeFilippo.

Immediately following the Christmas party, President Ruth Fuller called a Fidelis Gamma meeting to order. Janet Benzo read the minutes, and Carolyn Allison gave the financial report.

Accettolo circulated the sign-up sheet for donation and volunteer hours. The courtesy report was given by JoAnn Kerr. She reported having visited a member in the nursing home.

Fuller reminded the members of the upcoming W.Va. Alpha Delta Kappa state convention to be held April 20-22 in Huntington, W.Va.

DeFilippo and Allison will be the hostesses for the next meeting, which will be held March 1.
