The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club has announced winners of the March competition to the theme of “Gazeboes.” Winners were: First place, Anissa Wellington; second, Dave Rees; and third, Debra Snider. The open category winners were: First place, Vince Trupiano; second, Anissa Wellington; and third, Andy Tindor. The special effects category winners were: First place, Andy Tindor; second, Vince Trupiano; and third, John Hanish. From left are, Debra Snider, John Hanish and Dave Rees. The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club welcomes anyone who has an interest in photography to its meetings, which are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, beginning at 7 p.m. at Two Ridges Presbyterian Church, state Route 43, Wintersville. The next meeting is April 3, which will be a workshop night on special effects. Sam Rees will demonstrate how to add or remove objects, people, etc., from a photograph.
