Scholarship awarded
Patricia Fletcher, left, presented a $1,000 scholarship to Jaliyah Hubbard, valedictorian of Steubenville High School’s Class of 2018, on behalf of the Dr. Patricia L. The scholarship was established in 2002 in honor of Fletcher, who served as president of the NACWC for four years and is a retired Steubenville City Schools educator and administrator.
