Brooke Library announces

movie schedule for next week

WELLSBURG — The Brooke County Library has scheduled two movie showings for next week.

The library will be showing the film “Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween,” which is rated PG, on Feb. 14, beginning at 5 p.m.

“Two boys unleash Halloween monster mayhem when they open a mysterious locked book they found in an old abandoned house — including witches, werewolves and giant gummy bears,” according to promotional information.

Call the circulation desk at (304) 737-1551 to reserve a seat and popcorn.

The film “Unbroken: Path to Redemption” will be shown at noon on Feb. 15.

The PG-13 rated film of Olympian and World War II hero Louis Zamperini continues as he meets and marries the love of his life while struggling with his post-war angst, until a chance meeting with Billy Graham in 1949 changes both of their lives forever.

Popcorn and water will be provided by the library. Call the circulation desk at (304) 737-1551 to reserve a seat.
