Cloverbud camp fun

Hosted by the WVU Hancock County Extension office, a one-day camp for 4-H Cloverbuds was held on July 31 at the New Cumberland City Building. Cloverbuds are youth, ages 5-8, who aren’t yet old enough to be regular 4-H members. Campers learned about the four H’s: Head, Hands, Heart, and Health; 4-H traditions; and camp songs. They also explored the environment, science and art as they created bird feeders, rockets, larger-than-life bubbles and art projects, according to an Extension spokesperson.
