GFWC WV Bethany Woman’s Club members made personalized homemade Valentine cards for service personnel overseas. They were to be delivered to Chambers and James Funeral, Pet and Cremation Services as part of Operation Valentine. Club members participating were, from left, Judy Pyle, Helen Moren and Judy Van Horn.
