The Wellsburg Elks Lodge presented a $1,000 donation to the food pantry at St. John Catholic Church in Wellsburg and a $1,000 donation to the Follansbee R.E.A.C.H. Program, both of which were through the Elks National Foundation’s Gratitude Grant program, which is aimed at addressing hunger.
