The Steubenville Kiwanis Club recently held its annual transition board dinner at Theo Yanni’s in Weirton. New officers and board members are, from left, Ted Gorman, incoming president; Tom Timmons, secretary-treasurer; Jessica Elias, board member, social media; Janna Rusinovich, outgoing president; Phyllis Riccadonna, second vice president; and Wendell Barner, Nancy Felton, Melissa Greco, Julie Decker, Cookie West and Paul Brandt, all board members. The club was meeting today for a noon luncheon meeting at Bella Hall and will meet there on Nov. 24. Plans are to resume regular Tuesday noon meetings, beginning in January at a location to be announced.
