Library announces activities
STEUBENVILLE — The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has announced its upcoming activities and events. Children will have the opportunity to explore a special winter edition of the library’s StoryWalk in Beatty Park. Once the event has been completed, children can visit the Main Library branch to claim a prize, officials noted.

Experience the magic of Christmas past with a candle-lit concert by local artists Faire May from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dec. 5. The band will transport you back into the late 1880s with a blend of traditional and modern songs performed on period instruments. Register to attend.
Stop in anytime from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 6 to make holiday ornaments at a crafting table. Supplies will be provided.
Join us for Tai Chi at 10 a.m. every Thursday with instructor Mike Turrentine. Dress comfortable. Spacing is first-come, first-served.
Children: Children ages 5 through 11 are invited to paint holiday-themed Squishmallows on canvas Dec. 3. Register to attend.
