WHEELING — The Thursday Music Club chorus will spread some holiday cheer this Thursday as its members perform their annual Christmas concert.

This heartwarming morning of music, friendship and holiday spirit begins at 11 a.m. at the Char House on the Boulevard in Bethlehem.

Led under the direction of Anita Chops and accompanied by Debbie Breiding, the group of singers will present a joyful program featuring a variety of Christmas favorites, including a “Hey, Mr. Santa” medley, “Merry Christmas, Darling” and “Nutcracker Jingles.”

Adding to the festive spirit, pianists Barbara Daly and Breiding will perform a special piano duet. The concert will feature several soloists from within the chorus, highlighting the individual talents of the group.

Officials stated the chorus takes pride in sharing the gift of music throughout the holiday season. In addition to their main concert, they will perform at several local assisted living residences, including Good Shepherd, Welty Home, Elmhurst and St. Paul’s Terrace.
