Arrested: Scott W. Moore, 40, 628 Kings Creek Road, Weirton, possession of drug paraphernalia, Thursday.

Dog attack: Woman in the 400 block of Union Avenue said she was taking out the garbage when a pit bull dog attacked her. The woman was treated at Trinity Medical Center West for injuries to her foot, arms and thigh.

Theft: Unlocked pickup truck entered in the 100 block of McCauslen Manor and change and cell phone chargers taken, Friday.

Arrested: Miracle M. Wilson, 22, 492 S. Sixth St., disorderly conduct, Thursday.

Arrested: Mark Bell, 30, 1409 Oak Grove Ave., attempted arson, Thursday.

Break-in: Friendly’s Tavern, 2304 state Route 213, Steubenville, broken into Thursday and a half -allon of whiskey and beef jerky taken.

Theft: Money taken from vending machines outside business in the 2500 block of Commercial Avenue, Mingo Junction, Thursday.

Arrested: Mark F. Cashdollar, 23, 217 Jefferson Blvd., Mingo Junction, gross sexual imposition involving a 4-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl, Thursday.

Arrested: Scott Youngblood, 29, 601 Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, brought to county jail by U.S. Marshals Service on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender, Friday.

Arrested: Ricky McGee, 33, 450 Spring Ave., Steubenville, probation violation, possession of drugs and prohibited possession of a weapon, Friday.
