Theft: Vehicle repair shop on township Road 120, Dillonvale, entered and computer used to repair trucks taken, Tuesday.

Arrested: Jimmale P. Harton, 26, 810 N. Sixth St., Steubenville, served warrant Tuesday charging two counts of theft in connection with the theft of a checkbook and computer taken from a doctor who was assisting a patient in the parking lot of Trinity Medical Center West on Sept. 6. He also was charged with failure to appear out of Wintersville county court and Steubenville Municipal Court.
